Holiday Cottage Handbook Live

Holiday Cottage Handbook and The Property Investor Showhave joined forces to organise a new event dedicated to the short-term rentals industry.

Holiday Cottage Handbook LIVE will be a major new feature of The Property Investor Show.

The holiday let property investment has quickly become a lucrative opportunity for many investors. With the rise in popularity of holiday rentals, investing in holiday let properties offers numerous advantages.

Holiday let properties provide a fantastic way to generate a steady stream of income. Unlike long-term rentals, holiday let properties often offer higher nightly rates, especially during peak seasons. This can result in higher overall rental income, particularly in popular tourist destinations or areas with a high demand for short-term accommodation.

In addition, holiday let properties also offer the flexibility to use the property for personal use during periods when it is not rented out. This means investors can enjoy their property for holidays or weekends away, while still making money from the rental income. It combines the benefits of owning a second home with the potential for financial returns.

Holiday Cottage Handbook LIVE will include panel sessions and seminars focused on the short-term rentals industry and how to make the most of these opportunities. In addition, a host of brands in the short-term letting space will exhibit in a dedicated holiday rentals area.

Topics and areas of interest to be found around the hall and seminar theatres will include…

Property Development & Finance

The last 5 years has witnessed a marked increase in development amongst BTL investors. Projects may vary in scale from cosmetic refurb’s to complex re-builds … but most require finance. Meet the specialists at this show.

“Landlord Live”

Every year since 2002, this show has witnessed the largest single gathering of landlords at ANY property event staged in the uk – creating by default – the ultimate Landlord forum. The typical visitor owns 3+ properties (while 35% own 10+).

Offering an attractive combination of lower (than London) purchase prices and higher (then London) net rental yields, investment property in the north of England (plus Scotland and Wales) has proven very popular with buyers based in the South East … a success story that is set to continue.

Mortgage, Lending & Finance

Veteran and novice investors can discuss a range of purchase, bridging and refurb’ loans from a range of High Street and specialist lenders – including several crowdfunders.

Innovation … What’s new?

A rapidly emerging sector in the Technology space, the methods by which property is handled, managed and experiended are undergoing something of a revolution. And it’s not just the mushrooming of online estate agency – main other aspects are ripe for a technological overhaul.

Residency thru Investment

At the last count 23 countries from Cyprus to Singapore offered some kind of investment residency or citizenship scheme – and more are being created with similar programmes proliferating across Europe. Almost half of all EU member states now offer some form of investment-driven residency or citizenship programme.

With 100 exhibitors expected and 75+ seminars, presentations and panel debates scheduled, you can identify the expertise and advice you need to make the right decisions on your specific area of investment interest.

Many of the exhibiting companies make a big effort to make a broad range of exclusive offers available both pre-show and at the event itself. To be sure you are kept informed of these simply register to attend the event.

The show opens at 10.00 am on both days. It closes at 6.00pm on Friday and 5.00pm on Saturday.

ExCeL London is easy to reach by both rail and car. For those travelling by train the DLR stops within a few metres of the venue, while drivers will find plenty of parking spaces.
