For the second consecutive year two of the UK’s most established industry-leading events are being presented at London ExCeL on the same dates – 17th & 18th April 2026.

This coincidence provides a ‘once this year’ opportunity for attendees with a business interest in both sectors to enhance their visitor experience – under the same roof!.

As a result, organisers are taking the opportunity to make their respective audiences aware of the merits of both events.

About … The International Franchise Show 2026

The International Franchise Show is the UK’s largest franchise exhibition, taking place on 17th & 18th April 2026, at Excel London. Over two days, you’ll meet 250+ franchise brands from 25+ industries, attend expert seminars, and speak directly with franchisors and existing franchisees. The event provides everything you need to find and evaluate franchise opportunities, all in one place.

Franchising provides a proven business model with built-in support, essentially a ‘business in a box’ that dramatically reduces risk compared to starting from scratch. At this event, you’ll walk away with the knowledge, connections, and confidence to become your own boss. Your franchise journey starts here.

Whether you’re seeking financial freedom, ready to be your own boss, or looking to build something meaningful, you’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward. Two days that could transform your future.

Described by Property Investor News Magazine as “… the gold standard event for the property investor and landlord sectors …” it is the ideal place for networking, obtaining reliable and up to date property market information and, of course, property to buy.  The show caters for all levels of property experience.  Both the property novice and seasoned veteran will find the answer to their questions from amongst the 100+ exhibiting companies or 80+ seminars/debates. Plus – both the show and seminar programme sessions are free to enter.

Commenting on the joint-initiative …

Nick Clark, Managing Director, Property Investor Media, stated:

“… We are delighted to rejoin forces with the International Franchise Show for a second year.  The presence of two long-established and complementary events at London Excel on the same dates in April provides a great opportunity for our respective visitors – many of whom have a business interest in real estate and franchising – to explore the possibilities provided by both sectors.  Last years’ experience was a great success and this is an opportunity not to be missed…”

Simon Chicken, Event Director, Business Show Media, stated:

“… We are incredibly proud of what we accomplished in 2025 and are excited for what lies ahead in 2026. We’re bringing the largest and most diverse selection of franchises from across the globe and continue uniting the most driven professionals from around the world to make connections and propel the industry forward. I’m confident that the Property Investor Show audience would benefit from joining us and vice versa …”
