The Growth of Peer to Peer Finance
P2P lending has grown up. Thousands of investors have moved beyond the initial question of "Is it safe?" and they now are considering "Which types of P2P lending, and which platforms, should I focus on?"
Investors have the opportunity to get stable returns or go for high returns, or a blend of the two.
Yet, as the industry has matured, investors have learned the value of greater scrutiny to ensure that the people at the P2P lending platforms have the experience they need. You'll meet four of them here. Turn up and find out for yourself: does this panel impress you with their investment opportunities?
Session chair John Corey will be joined by CrowdProperty's Mike Bristow, CapitalRise's Uma Rajah, Fitzrovia Finance's Brad Bauman and Assetz Capital's Mark Standley.
John is a multi-national real estate investor; USA and UK; Hawaii to Bradford; 30+ years of experience as a landlord.
