Kate Faulkner, Bsc ( Econ), MBA DipM, CIM is one of the UK’s leading property experts. She is passionate that most of the problems in the residential property market can be solved if the media, industry and government worked together to educate consumers on how to carry out property projects.

Kate regularly features on BBC TV and radio including You and Yours, Moneybox and 5Live’s Midnight Property Expert as well as LBC’s Property Hour and on ITV’s This Morning. She earns her money mainly through consulting projects with the industry.

Richard Blanco buys, lets and manages properties in six London boroughs. His areas of interest and expertise include buying at auction, managing the development process, encouraging positive landlord tenant relations, financing and business strategy.
He is a London Representative for the National Landlords Association, has a keen interest in housing policy, press and media and regularly comments on housing matters through talks, blogging, press, radio and TV.
He is a regular presenter of House Hunters International which broadcasts across the USA & Canada and presents the NLA podcast 'Inside Property' on Share Radio.
Policy Manager | The Residential Landlords Association
John Stewart is the Policy Manager for the RLA. He has over 20 years experience working in politics, as a successful election agent, MP’s assistant, local councillor and council leader, and is a former charity chief executive.
He oversees RLA policy work across all levels of government – central, devolved and local – working to ensure that landlords’ views are represented and officials, MPs, Assembly Members and local councillors have key information and evidence about the PRS before they take decisions.

Matt Prior works for the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government and is leading the Government’s work to deliver a quicker and cheaper home buying and selling process.
Matt has worked for the Department for 9 years and has previously lead a review of the Nationally Significant Infrastructure planning regime used to obtain planning permission for the country’s biggest projects - from new airports to nuclear power stations. He also founded and then ran the Department’s Project Management Centre of Excellence.
Since the mid-1980s Tony Gimple has been helping people to protect their hard-earned wealth for themselves and those they care about most.
Regularly featured in property industry press and found on expert panel debates with the likes of Andrew Neil, Kate Faulkner and Iain Duncan Smith; Tony is a respected commentator on how landlords can maximise the commercial benefits of building, running and growing a recognised professional property business.
As well as co-founding Less Tax 4 Landlords, Tony was one of the first to embed mortgage brokers into estate agents with Legal & General and he helped to set up and run the UK's first mainstream fee-based financial planning business for American Express. He also co-founded Chancery Law Group, one of the UK's first deregulated law firms as well as Planned Succession, a specialist business and estate succession planning firm.
