Entry to the show is free of charge. Visitors will also receive a free exhibition catalogue. In addition there will be a comprehensive programme of property related seminars, debates and workshops. Entry costs to seminars, debates and workshops will vary – visitors should refer to the ‘seminar‘ page of the show website.

Yes, your admission ticket entitles you to visit the exhibition on all open days.
You can search our Exhibitor List by either using the A-Z search facility or by selecting a category to easily locate a company which is exhibiting.

A tick box on the right indicates if the exhibitor has an enquiry form available.
Click the company name to view more details and use the enquiry form to request exhibitor information.
While children are allowed to attend, parents should be aware that the event does not feature child-friendly features, entertainment etc.
For this reason we recommend that children – particularly young children – are not brought to the event.
With the exclusion of authorised exhibiting company personnel, video and camera equipment are not permitted to be brought into the exhibition floor without the express permission of the show organiser (Property Investor Media).
Yes, the venue is fully accessible.
REGISTRATION FAQs
An e-ticket is the electronic admission ticket. When you reserve an e-ticket, the details are safely stored on the Property Investor Media booking system so there is no need for a physical ticket to be sent out or picked up.
When you register on https://www.propertyinvestor.co.uk, we will also issue an email e-ticket confirmation. This will be sent to your email address immediately after you have made your booking. Please show on your smartphone or print your e-ticket out and take it to the show in order to gain admission.

We recommend registering online (via this website) as this will enable us to send you event reminders and highlight new features of interest as they are confirmed.
As an alternative you can register at the show reception on the day of your visit.
To register for the show go to the registration page. After registering for the show and purchasing your e-ticket you can log on to the Visitor Area to retrieve and print it out or simply show the barcode on your smartphone at the show entrance on the day of the show.
If you have a promotional code, you will need to enter it in the relevant box during registration. Having successfully submitted your details you will then be able to login into the Visitor area to retrieve and print out your e-ticket.
Simply use your e-mail address to login to the Visitor Area and follow the appropriate link to retrieve and print out your personalised e-ticket. Please make sure that the e-ticket is a of good quality print as it will be scanned on your arrival.
Yes, the registration page allows you to request up to 10 e-tickets in total. Simply indicate how many e- tickets you require before submitting the page.
When you register online, we will issue you with an admission e-ticket. This service is available to any visitor providing they have a valid e-mail address. Your e-ticket will be stored on the Property Investor Media online booking system which and can be accessed at any time by logging in to the Visitor Area of the website.
Upon registration you will be issued with an e-ticket confirmation email. This will be sent to your email address immediately after you have made your booking and therefore it is important to spell your email address correctly. To gain admission to the show you must print your e-ticket(s) from the visitor login area of the website and bring it with you.
You will be notified directly of any items of interest (e.g. seminars, debates) added to the programme plus any special offers that may arise prior to the show opening.
Yes, when you register you can reserve up to 10 e-tickets in total.
We scan barcodes to verify registrations and monitor check-in process. In addition, the ability to scan a bar code makes it quicker and easier to pass your contact data to exhibitors who are using digital scanner.
SEMINAR FAQs
Seminars and Debates will be held in Seminar Theatres. Several theatres are located on the show floor, but some may be held in rooms on the upper level. Access to all theatres is via the main exhibition hall.
All of seminars are free to enter with entry managed on a first come first served basis.
Seminar theatres are located within short walking distance from each other.
The seating capacity of seminars theatres ranges between 40 to 180 people.
To find out who’s speaking, please go to our Seminars section of the website. At the forthcoming show we will not be offering pre-booking of seminar seats. Instead visitors are invited to attend any session and claim a seat on a ‘first come – first seated’ basis.
Most seminars run for 30-45 minutes and the presenters will be happy to answer your questions. Debates and workshops tend to be longer and last between 60 and 90 minutes. In some instances a seminar will be repeated either on the same day or a different show day. Please refer to the Seminars section for more details.
By clicking Exhibitor name within Exhibitor section. If an Exhibitor has speaker details listed within its microsite, it means this exhibitor is running a seminar. Click “speaker details” link to be taken directly to the speaker profile and the seminar description.
At present we are not offering a pre-booking facility, thus the issue does not arise.
