Can I smoke at London ExCel?
ExCeL London operates a no-smoking policy throughout the venue, which includes E-cigarettes and vaping. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas outside the venue.

Is there a prayer room and family room?
The multi - faith prayer room: ExCeL London has a prayer room that can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard. Family room: the family room can be found by the hall entrance S9
What happens if I lose something at the show?
For lost property enquires please contact lostpropertyenquiries@excel.london. Please be aware that once notified that lost property has been found, guests have up to 30 days to collect their item(s) before they are donated to a local charity.
Is there step free access?
ExCel has a step-free access at both entrances of their venue. If guests are travelling by public transport, there are lifts at Prince Regent DLR Station, which will take the guest onto the footpath which leads to the venue. Is there a rail strike on?
We are pleased to report that the London Underground strike scheduled for Friday 6th October has been called off. Visitors planning to travel to ExCeL London by rail can do so without having to vary their route.
What data will be included?
Email address is a mandatory requirement for all visitors to register for the show so you will get access to this. Mobile phone number is an optional entry field so not all data will include mobile phone number. To be sure of getting this you will need to ask the visitor.
Are there any restrictions as to where it can be used at the show?
The app must be used either at your stand or at a seminar in which your company is speaking.
Who do I approach on site if I have a problem?
Come to the organisers office on site if you have any issues in relation to the app.

When is payment required?
Payment is required immediately on receipt of the invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Once payment has been processed you will receive information on how the app can be downloaded and how it can be used onsite at the show.
