Email address is a mandatory requirement for all visitors to register for the show so you will get access to this. Mobile phone number is an optional entry field so not all data will include mobile phone number. To be sure of getting this you will need to ask the visitor.
The app must be used either at your stand or at a seminar in which your company is speaking.
Come to the organisers office on site if you have any issues in relation to the app.

Payment is required immediately on receipt of the invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
The last order date will be Friday 29th Septemeber.
Once payment has been processed you will receive information on how the app can be downloaded and how it can be used onsite at the show.
You will still be able to scan visitor data onto the app without mobile phone reception. In order to export and view the data you will need to sync which will require wifi or mobile connection.
You are unable to amend any visitor contact details. You can however add a note or record a voice note to any of the records.
All visitors will have a unique barcode on their ticket that they will need to enter the show. This can either be a print out or able to view their smartphone. Most visitors will use their smartphone. As we are a consumer show rather than a trade show visitors will not have a badge and
The data will be available to download onto a csv file on the monday after the show has finished.
Yes, any staff will need to use a mobile phone to use the app.
You can have up to 4 licences for £200 or up to 6 licences for £300
No, London ExCel's current entry policy does not require any visitor to show their Covid status.
Although this is optional, we recommend you bring one along on the day.
We ask that anyone who is displaying symptoms of Covid-19, has been asked to self-isolate or lives with someone who has Covid-19 symptoms DOES NOT attend the show at any time.
Yes, absolutely, there will be numerous hand sanitisers available throughout the venue for use on the day.
Seminars and Debates will be held in Seminar Theatres. Several theatres are located on the show floor, but some may be held in rooms on the upper level. Access to all theatres is via the main exhibition hall. All of seminars are free to enter with entry managed on a first come first served basis.
Seminar theatres are located within short walking distance from each other.
