It’s no surprise that an increasing number of BTL landlords are re-thinking their strategies and turning to property development as a means to ‘manufacture profit’ instead of accepting diminishing returns.

At this session you can quiz our panel of experts on how to get started, plot finding, planning, architectural design, project management, development finance, joint ventures and lots more.

This session will be chaired by John Corey. John will be joined by Christopher Whitehouse of Nextphase Developments, Ritchie Clapson of PropertyCEO, Paul Watson of Blend Network and experienced developer John Howard.
