Jonathan Rubins, director and head of sales, explains Alternative Bridging’s USP is individually underwritten loans by people for people, not tick boxes and algorithms. He says “although sometimes new opportunities are challenging, often hidden in the background there are positive factors. This is the time to listen and gather sufficient circumstantial information to satisfy ourselves and convert a “no” to “yes”.
Jonathan explains “we value feedback from our introducers and following the recent successful introduction of the ALTERNATIVE Overdraft, they have encouraged us to launch the ALTERNATIVE Term Loan programme hot on its heels. This way, we offer our introducers the widest range of short and mid-term products, residential, regulated and commercial bridging loans, development finance, the ALTERNATIVE Overdraft and term loans. Put simply, property finance is our business”.
