5th October 2024 saw the curtain come down on the 22nd year of The Property Investor Show (the UK’s longest running event for the investor and landlord sectors).

With a keen eye on the first Labour budget in 15 years, close to 5000 investors descended on London ExCeL for what proved to be 2 very busy days.

Reflecting on the event at Saturday’s close, Distressed Assets’ Managing Director Dominic Farrell (pictured) spoke for many participants …

“… I have exhibited and spoken at this event for over 20 years and never cease to be amazed by the quality of visitors it attracts. These are genuine investors – at various points on their property investment journeys – but all serious about their future plans and open minded as to how these can be achieved. Our returns from the last 3 editions of this event are the best we have seen since the 2008 global financial crash changed the market. We are really looking forward to being back at ExCeL next April & October …”
